I don’t know, but there’s just something about the colour of lavender that makes me weak and impulsive. When I saw this dress, it was like love at first sight. I was lucky enough to grab it before it quickly sold out everywhere!
This is like the epitome of feminine and sophistication. I must admit, I felt pretty classy in this dress haha. And I paired the subtle shade with neutral tones to harmonise with the lilac. When going for this type of shade, keep it light and simple – don’t over do it.
I reckon this outfit is perfect for rocking at a wedding (ceremony and/or reception!)
I think as I’m growing older, what I like, constantly changes and it’s exciting to see how my style is evolving today. Last year, I was totally obsessed with youth-centric pieces, minimal colour and playful fashion choices. Although I still carry these youthful notes in how I style, I’m now starting to love more sophisticated looks (which I think my sister has been an influence in that department). This month, I’ve been going through a serious shoe admiration phase. Before, I didn’t use to like pointy toe heels, but currently I’m in love. Rachel Roy’s ‘Anni’ heels are just one of a few I’ve been keeping my eye on! Amongst the shoes, here are some other items I’ve been lusting over this month…
